Mark Curcio If I was controlling the Synthwave movement and its evolution, this album is precisely where I would want the movement to go. It's more sophisticated, more emotional, more epic. Douze and his label L.O.V.E. Ltd have raised the bar for all Synthwave heads. The "Douze Treatment" is a sound that just gets me. Well done Demi Gods and Douze. I cannot wait to hear more. L.O.V.E. Ltd is back with the fall, expanding its sonic horizons, welcoming UK newcomer Demi Gods!
Also known as Gary Harper, the London-based producer brings his wonderful synthwave touch to what the label has been trying to explore for the past few years. Expect lushy pads, gated snares and breathtaking melodies.

First off, "Queen Of Diamonds" sets the mood. With its gorgeous layers, the track slowly takes you on a journey between the past and the present moment. Washed out vocal samples and epic solos are only there if you weren't sure yet that this one is a pure gem!

"Marshmallow" takes a slower turn on the pop-ish side. Innocent textures, airy arpeggios, and that melody that will get stuck in your head for days. Just close your eyes and remember the last time you had cotton candy on a merry-go- round.

Last but certainly not least, "Those Eyes": it might be closing the package but this one will most likely be your favorite. Intense arps, deep and mellow chords, chopped vocals and heartthrobbing bass; this one is a definitive hit!

Label runner Douze immediately fell in love with these three, which he signed immediately and polished to give the whole thing the sound it
deserved.

Watch out for Demi Gods, we definitely know you're going to hear from him in the near future!
